I wonder, does it matter if you've signed in or made an account with facebook? I tried to make a regular account but the darn thing has been stuck at "awaiting activation" since I joined. Ah well, I'll go make a sandwich and everything will be okay.

I just noticed this part of the rules:

"we’re going to be weighting entries based on the quality of contribution, using our comment system’s integrated voting button (those 'Thumbs Up' and 'Thumbs Down' buttons you see in the comments on the news page). So if the community likes your stuff, so will the contest gods!"

Good god, I hope all of the "Anonymous" fan boys voting my comments down in the 'Turkey Arrests" news thread don't bring me down. :( LMAO!

This looks like a relative of KITT. And I have a david hasselhoff figurine that would go great with it.

Also with you Manduh. I sometimes prefer the forum view especially with these really long threads and it would be nice to mark good things.

@Shelly25 Is that all you write? (kewl tower)

I could be wrong but I doubt posting the exact same 2 words a hundred times in the same thread counts as being an active member, But good luck :D

Haha isn't that the truth LBowen... and in 11 days the students will be on summer break here so I can really abuse the hell out of that F5 key.

@rrplay if your golf swing you would be a pro golfer and I would happily be your agent.

That's not all he wrote. In his first post ever in the history of time, he wrote "awesome tower".

Also wow, how the time manages to fly so fast. 11 more days till the contest ends, wow...
