There are very few mother boards that provide an AMD socket and ALI support atm. They are very hard to find and i cant stand paying that much for a decently spec'ed intel CPU nor do i care for the Catalyst Control Center than needs some work hopefully AMD gets on that. I also have a lot of friends looking for the same thing i was just wondering is there something we can do to make it happen or has this marked the end for fanboys like me.

This board supports SLI and is an AM3 socket.

In order to support SLI, any AM3 board has to have an NVIDIA chipset on it.       It's a licensing thing.

This RAM is a good match for the board I linked to, especially if you plan to use a AMD 1090T Hex-Core CPU.
