Grats on the new job Acarzt. As for the announcement of a winner on any contest give Dave and Marco a break they have a lot going on. Whoever wins still gets a free top end PC, and did I mention free! This site besides that is far and away my favorite site for hardware news, and what other site does contests anywhere near this frequently if even 1/10th of the times a year. Props to Dave and Marco, and good luck to all my HH brethren, someone will be the happy winner of a new PC in the next 24 hours.

I wasn't going to enter this one because of the Facebook aspect of it, but I just did last night and I hope I got it right. (all of the tasks involved)

So today, I'm bummed out because Tony Curtis died. (RIP Tony) Man was he one of the great actors of yesteryear or what? He acted with some of the most beautiful women that ever walked our planet. He was married 6 or 7 times to some of them too! This is the guy who had the hairstyle that Elvis Presley copied.

I'll have to put some of his movies into my cue at Netflicks.

Good luck to all of you in this contest. Thanks to CyberPower PC and to HotHardware.com for making it a possibility for us to own and enjoy this fine computer system.

Thanks HH and CyberPower.  I figure a good giveaway is a keyboard, headset or something.  This is nuts although I'm curious to know where the 1:314 came from since CyberPower is the one that receives the email.

Says you have to comment on each face book page too. Hot hardware only has 152 comments and cyber power has 192. Wouldnt it be 1:152?

We've had 7.8 inches of rain in the last 48 hours here. I'm gonna go online and look for some gills soon!

Hurricane Igor ripped Newfoundland a new one with 230 millimeters / 9.05 inches in 24 hours.  Yikes!

I found out earlier today I forgot to comment on the HH page.  Hopefully I made the cut off but it they stick to the contest rules those are some pretty awesome odds for a rig like this.  Here's hoping it goes to a HH member.

Did anybody check out CyberPower's Mini-H20?  Sweet!

Ok since Y'all are doing the weather small talk until you win...I'll join in:P

Here in HI, it is hot Humid and there is an eerie stillness with no wind! Then we get bouts of torrential downpoursIndifferent Then the sun shines through and boils everything!

But there are now some clouds that are moving about a mile an hour so it is about to dump some serious Buckets on Waikiki Hmm

Being from So-Cal in the Mojave Desert, I'm used to not seeing much rain. Just a few inches of rain in a day have a vastly different effect there. Being a Desert, the ground is very dry and the soil is compacted. When there is heavy rain, it just runs off, trying to find low ground. This results in massive amounts of water and floating debris flowing rapidly downhill, causing enormous amounts of soil erosion and overcoming the natural water channels. (FLASH FLOODS) People die when they try to drive across flooded sections of roadway and there seems to always be someone stuck on top of a car, with debris filled water raging around it at speed, with three kids and a dog, needing to be rescued by the Swift-Water Rescue units that LA County has developed to respond to these situations.

When I moved to Virginia, I realized that it rains a hell of a lot more here than it does in Southern California. All of the small tributaries, streams, and rivers flow downhill to the Chesapeake Bay, and it's an efficient system, because there is very little flooding that occurs here unless we have an unusually high amount of rain, such as in a hurricane. Water erosion of the soil is almost non-existent here. There is also tons of thirsty vegetation here drinking allot of that water. Everywhere you look; it's GREEN, or greener.

The average rainfall back in the desert is about 5-7 inches of rain per year. We had about 8 inches here, just in the last two days.

We haven't been getting our normal share of rain this year, so far. They tell me that we're in a drought, so this rain is appreciated.

Hopefully i met the requirements. It was surely a daunting task but it sure is well worth it. Especially the specs that it has, it should last a long time. I know some folks would want to modify this beast but i think that it should not be touched. That is the beauty of a pre-configured machine. You don't have to worry about compatibility issues. I've been searching alot of custom gaming computer websites and I could say and everyone would probably agree that Cyberpower is the best.

I would modify it IF I won it. No cutting or anything, maybe some sleeve (although I hear cyberpower does a very nice job), and definitely a healthy overclock.
