Today we are lowering our estimates to reflect our conviction...that the company faces an uphill battle in the near- to-medium-term to win the favor of gamers and investors alike.Nvidia has been adversely impacted by: 1) sluggish traction for Tegra (roughly 1 year behind revenue plan on lack of infrastructure in software creating an air pocket before the Tegra 2 & 3 wins ramp); 2) less than stellar reviews on the launch of Fermi (particularly the GTX480 and 470, though reviews for the GTX460 are more favorable); and 3) rising operating expenses to support newer initiatives (operating expenses up 19 percent year-over-year, up 9 percent quarter-over-quarter).
News:Rambus has a certain history of patent trolling/aggressive defense (pick your poison)
^LOL^ - I would tend to think of them as patent trolls. I like Wikipedia's take on Rambus HERE where half of the article details their rather lengthy litigation history.
SPAM-posters beware! ®
I hope Nvidia has found a loop hole. That would really suck if no one could buy nvidia products anymore :-\

What part of "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn" don't you understand?
SO, Nvidia stock goes down and the prices go up:P
Maybe that explains how their prices got to where they are today.
@Tom: "Maybe that explains how their prices got to where they are today."
No, that's due to a healthy dose of greed. Yes, I like all of the technology they make, but it's jacked up considerably and the same goes for ATI too. NVIDIA is expected to sell over 800 million dollars in goods this year and it's described as a sales slump. Meanwhile, ATI just took over the top spot in discrete graphics card sales with a 51.1% market share. This is due to the introduction of many mid-range $150.00 price range cards that work well.
Don't part with your illusions. When they are gone you may still exist, but you have ceased to live.
How about that stock price? OUCH!!!!
i hope NVIDIA be better tomorrow, i always it in my computer
i wanna kno what the new NVIDIA now
