LOL! There were a couple "Oh snap!" comments in there lol
This make me think of Big Bang Theory when Leonard and Sheldon fight lol.
Good thing neither of these 2 companies impact me whatsoever lol
It's probably all a misunderstanding anyway. Someone accidently clicked the wrong spot and BAM everyone loses support.
Or maybe it was the hackers!

>> "We are disappointed that Skype, who once championed the cause of openness..."
When did Skype ever do that? Skype is closed-source software.
So, was the openess when they secretly added code to the Chinese version that reports dissidents to the government and accidentally left the collection server wide open for all to see? Or was it their use of an undocumented proprietary protocol that prevents open interoperability? Or was it when they were found guilty of violating the GPL by taking open source Linux code and not disclosing (potentially modified) source?
Skype may have dabbled in "free" (as in beer), but calling them champions of "openness" insults open software.
What part of "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn" don't you understand?
Oh snap! lol
One more reason not to use skype... other than the fact I have no use for it in the first place lol
