We have just posted our very first video podcast, with a little help from our good friends over at TechVi. In this installment, we talk about Apple’s recent announcements, ATI’s newest DX11 video cards, Windows 7 enhancements, plus a 256GB solid-state drive with built-in raid controller...

Well done! How frequently are you guys going to do these?
If you need more topics, Ubuntu/Kubuntu/Xubuntu 9.10 come out in two days. hint, hint. ;)
People read the stupidest things. Like this sig, for instance.
The plan as of now is once a week...not sure of the day though. :)

Cool. Looking forward to more.
Thanks 3vi1. To be honest, I was hoping we'd have the gremlins completely knocked out for this first shoot but that didn't happen as you can see if you're paying attention. We'll get better with time though so it's all good. Our host, Randall over at TechVi, knows his stuff and we're happy to work with him on this weekly Video Podcast.

Woot. I am pumped. Going to listen to it now!
I just skimmed through the article earlier but I didn't see it was a *Video* podcast.
I'm watching for sure now
Is there a way to download the podcast? My internet is really bad at streaming :(

They are on itunes.
Great stuff guys! I'll be watching every week. Also I did see Dave go out for a sec. I guess that was the tech gremlin.
I enjoyed it.
I like the release of the ATI 5700 series Video Cards. I think that they're an industry changer due to their performance levels, coupled with their DX11 ability, being offered at a reasonable price point.
SSD's are still a wish list item and I'm afraid that they'll be so for a long time. They cost way too much for the mainstream buyer to consider. I look forward to the day when one of the company's making them decides to go for a quantity sales model.
Except for the price, Windows 7 is the bomb. They still owe us for the Vista rip-off though.
Lower Win-7 prices would have been a classy way to go and would have been well received in today's financially troubled times. I guess that they figure that if we want loyalty, we'll buy a dog.

right-click on the picture of randall bennet in the upper left part of the screen and choose save as. it will download a quicktime playable m4v file. Right now I'm wondering if this will playback on my phone, it would probably be good to check out on the subway.
Damn, you leave for a few days and you miss all the good stuff! Just saw this now.
Lol, yes Dave, I did notice you disappear in one instance, but overall a terrific interview from both Dave and Marco.
Would love to hear more on Nvidia and ATI! Another suggestion is maybe doing a ustream session, so the readers get to pick your brain on live stream!
