I would say YES!, Google won't let a small thing like that be in the way, i think of Google like China (sitting in a 1 trillion dollars in asset) realistly Google don't have a $1 trillion but it sure has cash. and one of the thing they do the best is beat the market expectation.

Do that many people care about seeing the music performed "live"... over the internet? Are there not already a hundred other U2 videos, with better audio quality, to stream at this very moment? It's not like it's a sporting event where you want to see the game before someone spoils it by telling you the results.
Maybe I'm a bad example; I've never had any interest in concert PPV on cable either. Also, I'm not a big U2 fan. I think they're okay, but I was offered a free ticket to their 360 concert in Houston last week and declined.
