Well, you can't expect something revolutionary from Apple every year. After all, their R & D department hasn't created another money sucking machine......yet.
I think the video is kinda cool on the nanos. Nothing really all that exciting to me though. One question that I have is why now after all the years of avoiding it add FM radio?
I want an nano just for working out....

Core i7 920 @ 3.8Ghz
Evga X58
Evga 275 FTW (SLI)
G.Skill DDR3 1600 6GB
Corsair 128GB SSD
Corsair 1000W PSU
Noctua NH-U12P
Wow, they added a lot to the Nano all of a sudden. Nothing much happening to the other lines, but bigger screen + video + fm for the Nano makes it the ideal ipod, imo. I recently bought an older ipod shuffle (one that doesn't have volume control via headphones) for $40, but I'm still impressed enough by that Nano to consider it.
Er, is there no 16GB ipod touch? Kind of weird to go from 8 to 32.

i noticed they skipped 16Gb too, weird. One thing that seems poorly designed the camera is @ the bottom of the Nano which means most people will put finger prints on the screen trying to take video.. FM was nice but AM would be better...Sports radio you know.
I also want to know what the deal is with the FM trans. all of a sudden - avoid it like the plague for what, 10 yrs now and then just randomly toss it in? Now if they had a SIRIUS transmitter that would be cool ;) ;) I would bite.
Seconded on the thought with the 16GB touch...thats all that I'd want, 8GB is too small 32GB is too expensive for me :-s

I have an 8gig Touch 2nd gen and its plenty big for me, of course I keep most of my audio on my phone and only use this for games and video podcasts as well as an internet tablet. God is the new iTunes ugly with that bright white all over. Its also hard to find podcasts via search it recommends all the comercial stuff and skips the independent ones which are better IMHO.
wow apple really shouldve put a camera on the touch...especially if they did on the nano

I'm sure they had planned to but probably ran into some complications. The folks that rip them apart to see whats inside claim they have all the right chips and what-not to get a camera inside and there were 3rd party Touch cases with a camera hole that were being displayed.
Yeah a while back someone ripped apart a "Next Gen iPod touch" Turns out the new touchs look the exact same inside and out, but the camera was removed.

The 32GB & 64GB Touch models have the faster CPU the iPhone 3GS has. Pretty soon they'll start having apps that will only run on specific models.
