How long have you had these head aches? Just curious unfortunately I,ve had a little experiance with head aches.Have you had your doctor do any cat scans. If your head aches come often it would be a good place to start. I had them for a while along with blurred vision and a couple more symptoms. In my case though I had an anurism and that kinda changed a lot of things but getting a cat scan will at least give you a place to start. Not trying to spook you or any thing it will at least maybe give you peace of mind and eliminate that and go from there. Could be stress a lot of things but its a place to start.Hope everything works out for you like I said I got a lot of experiance with head aches cause I get them everyday of my life. Now that I,ve freaked you out LOL didnt mean to but just get it checked and hopefully its something simple like stress or sinus problems that can be treated easily.Let me know I wouldnt want any one to go through what I go through everyday. Good luck!

Why did he decide that no test needed to be done. When they found my anurisim I did,nt have a job insurance or a place to live! Thats not right its always about the MONEY! Did you go to your primary doctor? My headaches were bad then before they found it and now after 2 brain surgeries they are most of the time unbearable with out medication. Simular to yours as soon as I wake up within a matter of a few minutes it comes on strong with a vengence and I have to take my medication right away or I will be suffering big time and I have to stay medicated all day and sometimes not even the medication will stop it completely! Im on some very strong medication  which would be morphene and my nuerosurgion said I,ll probably be on it for the rest of my life which I certainly dont want that but at the moment its the only thing they said can be done. They are talkind about using botox under my scalp to try to ease the pain but my medicare said I did,nt meet their criteria for them to OK that at this time. What I want to know what the h___ is their criteria and if they want to know what it feels like then come over to my house and let me stick a screwdriver into the top of their head and see if they think I meet it then! So the doctors are trying to get them to reconsider their decision. This suffering I have is just one small part of what I deal with everyday I could make a list and I promise their is not one of them would want to be me!!!! But like I said its all about the money! Warlord if I was you I would go to the ER at your closest hospital at night and tell them your have chronic pain in your head to the point that you about pass out, tell them it makes you vomit and blurrs your vision! Tell them its about an 8.5 and its unbearable. Tell them its deep inside your head and tell them you feel like theres something wrong and ask or insist they give you a cat scan. Tell them when it gets real bad you get chest pains like a crushing pain in your chest when the headaches are there! Im serious you have to build it up to get them to do but do what you got to do! Normally the ER will do it that way you can try to eliminate that part of it.Like before I said Im not trying to spook you but if you dont have it checked you could end up regretting it! My mom died at the age of 42 from an anurism just like the one I had and I came within 48hrs or less from dying myself. Now my daughter gets headaches to and it scares me so I,ve already had her have a couple of cat scans so its worth checking it. She,s only 20 yrs old so course Im worried.

Anyway go to the ER and build it up and get it done.Hey this is from one friend to another and let me know how it comes out you welcome to email me.

Just to add some humor to this I get to go to the hospital this thursday the 10th to get the dreaded colonostiphy if thats how you spell it thats where they stick a camera up you know where and go shopping around to see whats going on in there!  Sounds like fun doesnt it maybe I,ll put it on U tube!!! LOL

Anyway good luck!

Hey Warlord,

I am sorry to hear about the headache. I am new here on this board, but among other things (a t-shirt business, internet marketing, etc) I also do a lot of natural healing. I have gotten into EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) in recent months with fantastic results! The premise behind it is that all physical maladies (from headaches to cancer to ulcers) stem from an emotional issue that has made the energy meridians of the body imbalanced. So EFT helps balance out the energy meridians, thus relieving pain. It's like acupunture without needles. Just type in EFT and Gary Craig in google and his website will come up. His manual is free and he gives you a diagram on where to "tap". It's very easy. You will knock that headache right out of your head! Trust me!

I'm glad I popped into this room. I really hope you take a look at it. There are also a lot of videos on youtube that show you where to tap.

Jodi

Warlord, did this doc bother to get you checked thoroughly with Cat-scan etc?  I hope it's nothing serious but you should leave no stone unturned brother.

Dave I appreciate you coming in and mentioning that cause I suggested it to warlrd already and its important and easy to do!Ive got plenty of experiance in that with what I had wrong with me and if I had not had it done I would not be here today it saved my life. They found my problem and done the surgery! Just IN Time! So thats why its important and at least that will take a lot of the guess work out of his diagnosis and they can go from there! It could be a number of things causing his head aches but thats a good solid place to start. And I just had a colonoscopy and I promise a cat scan is a lot more pleasant than that!LOL and after I had the colonoscopy that was embarrising, I had one scary dilema! I did,nt know whether to light up a cigarette or call rape crisis!!!!!!!Crying
