my dad needs a computer for video editing for his business. he has tasked me to build one on the cheap for him. wondering whether the gpu or cpu is more important and so should get a bigger budget.? any ideas  for parts such as mobo. i was just going to go with a p45 probs from asus with a core2duo of some sort q9450? and then 6 gigs ram? with a 4890/70 graphics card. advice? tis early days not needed for a couple weeks at least.
