Automatically run a batch file on USB device insertion/removal

Is there any software for windows that, when it detects a certain USB device being inserted or removed, will run a script?

You can script what you want run on the USB device itself as long as its a drive of some kind. just create an autorun.inf file and read up on what you can put in there. I believe you can easily call a batch file from the autorun.inf.
