CherryPal is not a very good name...interesting concept, though.
So, will there be a month fee for access to the cloud or is the purchase of the CP equivalent to a permanent ticket (as long as it doesn't shutdown operations, which would also be my concern, Dan)?

I added an update to the post: "UPDATE: As we noted in our July coverage, CherryPal desktop owners will not have pay any subscription fees, as CherryPal's business model is based on advertising."
