It ain't much... but it's paid for :)

Lookin' to upgrade within a year or so... but here is my pcs current incarnation.

    Specs:

MB:  ASUS CROSSHAIR AM2 NVIDIA nForce 590

    CPU:  AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+

    Mem:  OCZ Platinum 2GB DDR2 800

GPU:  EVGA GeForce 8800 GTS 640MB

    HDD:  Western Digital Raptor X WD1500AHFD 150GB

    PSU:  Thermaltake toughpower W0117RU 750W

    OPT1:  LITE-ON Black SATA DVD-ROM

    OPT2:  Plextor PX-716SA SATA 16X DVDRW/4X Dual Layer

Case:  Thermaltake Xaser III Blue (modded just a wee bit Wink )

    WC CPU:  D-tek Fuzion V2

WC GPU:  Swiftech MCW60-R VGA cooler w/ MC8800 Kit

    Pump:  Swiftech MCP655-B

    CPU Rad:  Swiftech MCR-220

    GPU Rad:  Swiftech MCR-120

    Res:  Swiftech MCRES-Micro

Had to do a bit o' modding to add a rad intake and an exaust port. Gotta love hole saws Big Smile

Another bit o' modding to add a nice cozy viewing area.

Better shot of the 220. With a 125w CPU I def gotta keep it cool!!

No FDD but I did install the switches for the CCLs right up front.

Little bit of double sided tape works wonders Smile. Also a shot of the 120 up top for the GPU.

    Now for the guts.

Very nice! I use the Dtek fusion block as well. Were did you get that tubing? Its got a very nice color to it. I like the 2 rad setup you have there. Cooled before it hits each block. How is your water flow? Well thats all I have for ya. Very nice rig all around and welcome to HH!

Yeah man... Got some serious blue going on there and some big time water cooling. Are those OCZ Reaper coolers on the memory?  Sweet!  Welcome to HH!

I picked up the tubing from jab-tech.com. It's primoflex pro 1/2 ID x 3/4 OD. Not sure what the flow rate actually is but the output from the loop into the res is quite strong.

Thanks I use this tubing. Me setup is all red. It gets cloudy very fast. Other than that its great. I really like your tubing though.

nice setup. I am kinda intrigued by the dual rad off the back covering the expansion slots. Are you using some sort of right angle dvi cable or something? I would think having it set up like that would make getting to your connections a real pain since you would need to take the rad off to get to them. everything else looks great though.

Used a Swiftech Radbox for the install. The backplate on it is slotted so i was able to slide it a bit to the right and give my dvi cable clearance. The only things behind it are the second dvi port and my audio port. However, I have plenty of room to plug in my speakers.

ah I see now. very interesting. Although I am not sure with it's location, your fully utilizing the potential of that dual rad in the back. Just an observation, but if I were in your shoes I might consider moving the res to the top of the case in front of the psu and see if you could somehow make a braket and mount the dual rad down near the bottom where the res is now. the vents would be easy enough to cutout in the side panel just not sure if it would fit or not. Don't get me wrong I really like you set up just an observation I was making.

This is a VERY basic drawing of how I have the loop setup....

I have 2x120mm fans on the back pulling air through the rad towards the case. The single rad has a 120mm between it and the case that is pulling air from above down across its surface. Should this be changed?

Re: It ain't much... but it's paid for :)

No not really. I was just thinking the fans in the back weren't getting much air over that rad but I guess if the case doesn't back up to anything you would be ok. Sme say though the res should be the highest point of elevation in the loop but I haven't noticed much difference either way. So what fans are you using for exhaust if all your rad fans are blowing in?

I have 4 scythe 120mm total. The 2 on the dual rad blow towards the case but dissipate on the outside. The one on the single rad blows into the case and the last one blows out. They are both at the top of the case. I also have an atrix 80mm on the back of the case for exaust.
