I have D975XBX2 with E6700. A bit old system I know but still effective. Will upgrade soon but I would also like to try to oc as much as possible.

Here is the thing. It's going on 3,5Ghz(350x10) with Zalman CNPS9700Led.

Setting that I've changed:

vCore: 1.475

memvoltage: 2.20

referent frequency: 333

timings: 4-4-4-12

But with prime95 I hit over 70C which is a lot. Can I do anything more to try to lower voltage because I maybe giving to much voltage to certain places.

Really the only thing you can do is lower the voltage one setting and then test for stability. Rinse and repeat. If your brave enough you can lap your cpu and heatsink. Its not dangerous as long as you take your time and do it right. Also getting better thermal paste.

A more expensive option is to get a better heatsink.

The heatsink will provide the biggest advantage

The best air clock i have seen with that core on air is about 3.3ghz which is where i am with my E6600. Another thing you can do is clean the fans in the case and put the computer in a cooler place. other than that you cant't do much with air.
