    Microsoft offers free support on all Service Packs from desktop OS to Server OS and Exchange, etc. I recently used them for an issue regarding SP2 for Exchange 2003.

    Never heard of anyone having problems unless it was an OEM flavor build.

    I beat the Internet... the end guy was hard

    Wasn't disputing the usefulness; was just commenting that only bloatware invested OEM flavors have problems with it.
