Hi everyone,

I have a problem here and I hope anyone here can give me the answer.

I have a 2004 Dell Dimension 4550. I want to transfer all of the component to a new casing because the original chassis collects dust, a lot.

The problem is that I don't know where to connect the LED power, HDD Power, Reset Power, SW Power as it has no label on it. It has 15 pins.

Here's the picture :

the pinsCan anyone guide on the arrangements? thank you!

I would look up the skew on the mobo and find the booklet for it

Good digging there, AMD. Looking at those diagrams makes me really appreciate the ATX-style case.

Q_nanotubes, the picture that you have in your post is of the control panel board (great pic!). What you are looking for is the header on the mainboard (motherboard) itself. Just follow the cable from the control panel board to where it plugs in to the mobo. When you find that header I would be surprised if it is not marked with the info you need! Post back and let us know what you find, and shoot us another picture if you are still having trouble. Many thanks to AMD for the helpful links with the Dell diagrams.Yes
