    Physical Computer Theft

Long story short my step mom wants money from me, and she'll probably attempt to take my computer and sell it - again. I'll be getting it around the end of June (Finally got got that job!) and I don't want it stolen again. I know ti sounds kinda wierd, but gaming and shi* means a lot to me.  So, I need ideason how to physically prevent her from taking it, and if they have the right equipment, software as well.

For hardware, I'll be bolting it to a desk I have, and then chaining it shut (Leaving room for the fans I have though.). To keep the chains on, I'm planning on 2 or three pad/combo locks.

So that's it for keeping it physically safe. On the amazing chance they get it out,  is there a GPS tracker I can get and put that inside? That's a must too.

Ok, so they've gone hardcore now - it's gone, and it's on the way to wherever she took it. The police are on thier way (GPS tracker let me know it's gone! xD), but I don't my data erased in the mean time.  Is there anyway I can prevent my step mom, or the buyer, from reinstalling XP or w/e they want? Like  a BIOS pass word, or something? Idk, suggestions wanted thanks!

all you need is in the link.  they were used at my college trust me it wont be broken off.   Maybe some liquid LSD on the outisde casing  to make her trip balls then all you need is to call the police and report a mentally insane person broke in.
