    Sata l and ll

    What is the differance in Sat l and Sata ll. Is there a physical difference as far as connectors or a speed  difference!? I Havent really gave it any thought.

    Current Rig Specs: Amd K7/600mhz 384mb PC133 32 mg Video Every time u see my specs you,ll love yours more!! Working on a New Rig!

    Quick answer SATA I = 1.5GPs, SATA II = 3.0GPs

    Thats the answers I was looking for . I guess I got a couple of more questions are the connectors the same and do most of the new motherboards support Sata ll can you mix Sata l and ll? Im planning on buying a Asus Blitz Formula and a Intel E8400 wolfdale so  dont want any weak links and compatabilty problems.
