Damn man. I feel you on the Postal Services issue. I had to send my Logitech Harmony back in one time and they kept telling me that it had been delivered and that I had signed for it. I argued with them and 4 days later it shows up. Come to find out, the driver signed for me and he came back out in my area 4 days later. They do this so that it look like they made their quota for the day.

yeah stuff like this happens to me quite often. i actually prefer usps compared to ups. ups basically wouldnt let me pick up the package last night for various reasons and after arguing with them for over half an hour i left. i poured out a wireless bill, along with a ticket (to prove who i am and where i live) various ids etc etc..... even showed them the tracking info and the emails and everything that would logically prove that i am the right person for the package...... but they still wouldnt give it to me. so i had to go and take the 2 hour ride back home empty handed. i was looking foward to having it tommorow i guess ill need more patience.

My local hub is at our airport. They stay open until the wee hours of the night...but they will not turn over packages! My brother had the same expierence with his laptop he ordered. He found out it was at the hub early so he drove up there to grab it and they denied him. He showed them everything he could think of and they told him that he would have to wait until it was delivered....3 days later it showed up at his house.

Wow, sorry to hear about your postal problems. I had a problem with ups a few years ago delivering my XM  satelite radio. I had it shipped to my apt originally, then had to have the address changed to my folks because no one would be here to get it. I changed the adress on line and confirmed it, yet the next day there was a no access tag on my door. I called, they said they had the right address and the same thing happend. Three times this happend, I even called corporate, and they confirmed the new address, yet a third no access tag was affixed to my door, this time it said I had to pick up the package..,..they would make no more attempts to deliver. I was livid!

This is my Sig. There are many like it but this one is mine.

    OIIIIIIIIO

The "delivery attempt" tags deal has happened to me before as well. After I bought my 2nd Xbox 360 it died after 3 months. MS repaired it and sent it back via Fedex. I come home from work one day and there is a "Third delivery attempt". I called Fedex and they said that i would then have to come and pick up my box...I never received the first 2!!! Complete and utter crap IMO. I got my box and all was well again!

    Re: HotHardware April Sweepstakes Winner!

well i finally got my box on tuesday. ups managed to pull a number on me... the paint job got chipped a bit (im just REALLY happy that its in the bottom of the case) i cant speak for other people especially in areas outside of nyc but with everyone i know ups manages to screw up in nyc.

on a side note im really digging the case! its amazing theres so many small details that the pics leave out, like the red glass on the bottom for the bottomless look, or the foam on the side of the case to protect cables! amazing devotion!

thanks again hh, and of course diamond.

im currently trying to resolve a driver error im getting so i might not post too much for the time being as i need to get that resolved ( ati2dvag infinate loop error).

Glad you finally got your prize man.

What part of NYC do you live in? My wife and I were there a month ago and i fell in love with the place. I'd live there if I could....she won't allow that though. : (
