well, i smoke from 3-7 a day. im a light weight i guess.....  

anyway, im super excited, im getting new headphones tommorow, (or possibly the day after!)!

Yeah I already know it's gross and bad for me. I'm trying to quit now. I'm down to about 8 cigs a day from 30. I've been smoking for about 4 years.

 Better to stop now or you end up like me with COPD and high blood pressure. I,ll be going to have test soon on my lungs again because their not in good shape at all, along with the other things thats wrong with me! Half way afraid to go look but guess I need to know. Seeing how I consider you guys here are my online friends I strongly advise you to stop now while you can still breathe because if you get like me you wont be to impressed.Have a beer it wont hurt your lungs!

 shoot I wish I could just quit. I have tried everything known to man to try and quit and yet I keep going back to it. Been trying to quit for almost 4 years now. At 1 point it was so bad I dipped, smoked and had the patch on. nicotine just loves me I guess.

  I wished I could tell you an easy way.I had an aneurism in my brain possibly caused by my smoking and my high blood pressure which came close to killing me, had 2 strokes  a heart attack and 2 brain surgeries one to remove the aneurism and one to remove a tennis ball size blood clot.All this has left me with changes such as chronic pain in my head,nervousness,seizures cognitive thinking problems and a host of other problems.Then on top of this I have advanced COPD very little lung capacity and as ironic, stupid and suicidle I havent been able to stop smoking!!I have sometimes such a physical and mental nervousness to me I feel lke I have to have a cigarette in my hand knowing that Im killing myself and the thing is brain surgery or not Im not stupid I want to quit!!So its not easy to stop but do it before you get like me!!! 

I only had 2 today. I'm giving it a shot. I had on after lunch and one at work. Drinking a glass of wine instead of beer because it doesnt make me wanna smoke like beer does.

Good luck bob, you CAN do it if it is what you truly want.
