i stopped folding quite some time ago due to the program not getting along very well with xp x64 and as i will be updating my rig soon i will also be going with vista x64. So, i was wondering if anyone has any experiences with folding on this OS?

Folding on x64 is same as folding on any other Windows system. Just download the client and run. SMP, as far as I can tell, is the same too.

definitely, but in windows 32 or 64 bit it is really easy now. just go to: http://folding.stanford.edu/

click on start folding then click on download and run the installer with an account that has admin privileges.
