Just built my first computer......i really could use some advice =)

it's fairly basic for pc builders im sure.. but im proud of it anywho. its taken me awhile to get together the money and parts.. like everyone else im sure im interested in overclocking and also in liquid cooling (honestly it seems fun messing with that stuff) so my question is: (after you review my specs) can my system handle any alterations in the bios? what type of cooling systems do i need to run it at top potential? and what type of life expectancy or reduction am i going to endure with my vga and cpu if i do modify there settings? oh.. and what does the RGB in my "M.I.T" (bios) do? should i turn it on? and what setting should i use? what does this do?

windows xp (also need proper validation if anyone knows how to score that)

i have 2 80mm exhaust fans and 2 120mm intake fans ive sort of cut into the clear side of my case facing the vga and cpu fan (which is a cheasy ultra 19.99).

Very cool case and a nice "dark" setup. Just tidy up those wires a bit and you'll improve the air flow/cooling as well as the looks! Just my 2!

thanx... im still planning on adding more lights and wheels for it. then watercooling and tidying it up abit.. any suggestions about my other questions?
