    Crying [:'(] Windows Vista - Installing Languages

    I would greatly appreciate it if anyone can help. I am not able install additional languages, since I can not see the "Display Language" section under the Keyboard and Language tab. I really need help.Sad

    But I believe you need to download and install language packs to enable the language toolbar under vista.
