DISCLAIMER: I know the OP IRL and my post should be taken as such ;).
Firstly tee fix your grammar this is a forum and not your english essay. :P
Secondly, all seems in order except as Der says, 4 Gigs will tide you through Vista and some upcoming Games that are going to "require" it to be played to their full extent.
The 6600 Overclocks quite well as I can attest, and while you can easily stick with the Zalman you have, consider a new, perhaps pre-packaged water cooling system for maximum performance and bang for the buck.

Air keeps mine cool running @ a modest 3ghz, but perhaps the h20 cooler u suggested would be a good way to maximize.
I had an aquagate mini from coolermaster on my last rig(unfortunately I couldn't find 1 on the web to post a link for you... probably discontinued), but there are other options.
The new version is here.
I thought about it and i think im going to stick with my Silenx IXtrema Pro fans that do a good enough job for me
Price /w tax
I think im just gonna OC my proc to get it to run like the E6700
@ recoveringknowitall.
1. Yes that should be maximize, and I have the same cooler you mentioned, does wonders for OCing.
2. The jibberish in the first line equates to "I know the original poster in real life" in modern english ;).
@ tee.
Good rig, looks solid, nice finds for the rebates.
