I was wondering which processor would be faster and which platform would be best for a non-gamer.

I watch DVD's, play web games, etc

AMD Sempron 64 3000+ 800FSB Socket 754 Palermo 128k L2 Cache (on NFORCE 3 250 Chipset)

or

Cerleron D 64 3.33ghz 533FSB LGA 775 Cedar Mill 512k L2 Cache (865G Chipset)

assume the rest of the components are the same.

I understand both of these will suit my needs and they cost nearly the same but which is a better choice for speed, durability, etc.
