Yeah, but that one has the chiller added to it, which explains the price...

does anyone know if there are any dual monitor programs that would allow me to play games and be on msn at the same time, and click on the msn convo without minimizing the game?
Not sure if it has such a feature, but have you checked out UltraMon?

it is a nice program though, thanks

Try some third world countries with decent internet infrastructure such as... Pakistan. However, you'd have to give up alcohol and scantly clad women. Moving to a country solely for escaping persecution by the RIAA/MPAA...ummm...I wouldn't do it. :)
what about those Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders?

It would really be helpful if you posted some PICS!

I think that Sweeden and Russia don't really pay attention to that stuff.
I agree with Dave, bring on teh boobez
AMD sucks and know one can tell me that a 1.4 Ghz is even as good as a Intel PIV 1.8!!

Well AMD has fallen behind on the CPU race, yet they keep benefitting the consumers with lower prices than Intel, which causes them to lower their own prices.
Still, I get the feeling that AMD is one breakthrough away from catching up to Intel.
What's with the random AMD dissing? I still feel that AMD has a better choice 75% of the time when you're budget is $169 or less. Tom agrees as well with his latest gaming CPU recommendations. If you got $200+ then Intel is nearly always the best, but most people don't spend that much.
Hello
He clearly posted here to start a flame war. AMD is definately the best choice for a low budget.
They did recently release the first sub-$100 quad core, AMD Athlon II X4 620.

I see AMD as keeping the market competitive and offering great budget solutions, but I would love to see them create something that would knock the socks off Intel. People may have forgotten, but it was AMD who first announced a 1 Ghz processor.
I thought of a way to make this thread a bit longer:
Want to play a stupid game I just invented? It's called "HotHardware on a...".
Post a pic or screenshot (640xwhatever max, so it stays readable) of HH from a different (to this thread) device/browser combination. Anything goes: Cell phones, netbooks, notebooks, PCs, consoles, handhelds, minicomputers, supercomputers, arcade machines, carputers...
Here's the first one: From a PS3 running FireFox under Xubuntu 9.10 (beta) Linux. And yes, the Flash adverts work, thanks to swfdec!

I cut off the other monitor...this screenshot would have been much larger :P Mine is a Win7 OS on my main rig.
hmmm...why not.
HotHardware under the Lynx browser. (surprisingly easy to navigate)
Lynx comes in handy if you ever really duff-up your video drivers with bleeding edge alpha releases and need to download other versions from the command line.
UNR on the netbook
A two-fer,
HotHardware on the Arora and Konqueror browsers, on 32-bit Kubuntu 9.10 (beta) Linux this time.
