&lt;p&gt;The rest is done with some good ol&amp;#39; clicking and dragging with View -&amp;gt; Toolbars -&amp;gt; Customize. You could probably stream-line things even more by applying a sleeker skin on top of that, too. The default FF skin is a bit clunky in places.&lt;/p&gt;
