Cloud storage and sharing service Dropbox continues to build out its offerings in the enterprise; for starters, there’s simple yet telling name change from “Dropbox for Teams” to “Dropbox for Business”. Although the lion's share of news these past couple of days pertains to Intel's Core i7 unveiling, information about AMD's next salvo of desktop processors has slowly been leaking as well. According to a story posted today on the Digitimes website, AMD will be launching a pair of new 45nm quad-core Phenom processors sometime this month..."AMD is planning to launch two 45nm quad-core desktop CPUs (Deneb) – the Phenom X4 20550 and 20350 for socket AM2+ systems with core frequencies of 3GHz and 2.8GHz, respectively in November this year, according to sources at motherboard makers.  The company... As we wrote earlier, Wilmington, N.C. was getting to be the victim, er, volunteer city in a full-on digital TV experiment.  What was the expectation?  Well, the hope was that it would be a smooth transition, especially since Wilimington has a lower percentage of residents who would be affected by the changeover.  But it sure as heck wasn't smooth, after the switch was thrown on Monday at 12 noon EDT.The test in Wilmington, where officials had made a concerted effort to get the word out about the switch, is a good indication that more education is needed. The latest events in the Megan Meier MySpace suicide case took place Monday, when Missouri governor Matt Blunt signed into law a bill which revised the the state's already existing harassment law to include telephone and electronic communication.Those under 21 would face only a misdemeanor, but for adults, this is a felony, with a sentence of up to four years in prison.The Megan Meier case caught the attention of the nation when it brok.
