HH would like to congratulate former United State Vice President Al Gore, the man who is often misquoted as having said that he invented the Internet.  Al Gore has just won half a Nobel Peace Prize which he'll have to share with the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) that was founded in 1988 and operates out of Geneva, Switzerland.Al and the IPCC are awarded the prize for the following:"For their efforts to build up and disseminate greater knowledge about man-made climate change, and to lay the foundations for the measures that are needed to counteract such change"Congrats Mr.... It sort of makes sense, since Google recently paid NASA $1.3 million just to be able to land their jet at NASA's Moffett Field.  Google is funding a $30 million dollar prize for a privately developed moon rover.The Google Lunar X Prize, announced today by the search-engine giant and the X Prize Foundation at the Wired NextFest in Los Angeles, ranks among the richest contests ever offered for technological innovation.
