Tesla Motors has blazed a trail for the future of electric vehicles with its Model S sedan, and is looking to follow-up its past successes with the Model X crossover and the upcoming $35,000 Model III. Established automakers are also looking to cash in on the EV market, and one of the biggest names in sports cars is looking to go toe-to-toe with Tesla. Porsche announced its beautiful Mission E in September at the Frankfurt Auto Show, and said at the time that it was hopeful that the vehicle would be approved for production. If the 650S is too rich for your blood, then don’t even bother asking about the P1. But if you want a slightly less frantic sports car that is priced below $200,000, McLaren has introduced its new Sport Series to take... Read more...
LaCie and Porsche, together at last? We can't say we ever really expected these two names to join forces in any significant way, but they have, and the result is nothing short of stunning. Both of these companies are well known for amazing design, and now that they're working together, it's just easy to love what's coming out of their collaborative efforts. The two just launched an exclusive P´9000 electronics category: the LaCie Porsche Design Mobile (P'9220) and Desktop (P'9230) Hard Drives. Both of these rely on USB 3.0 and feature aluminum frames and 'purist designs.' In fact, the two... Read more...
