Foxconn has been making the news more often than not regarding labor practices, but the company also makes a range of PCs with its own brand on it. Here's the Foxconn NanoPC, a nettop that'll ship in two different versions. The AT-5250 and AT-5600 are based on the Intel Atom and AMD Brazos platforms, respectively, and neither consumes over 24 watts under load. Furthermore, they're "silent" due to the passive cooling setup.
