It seems like an eternity has passed since Plextor was best known for its line of premium optical drives (way back before you could pick up a DVD burner for $20). These days Plextor focuses the bulk of its attention on solid state drives (SSDs), so it's not surprise the drive maker used CES as a springboard to announce its new M6 Series. Plextor has various form factors covered with its M6 Series of SSDs.
