And so begins the end of an era. |
Yup, And the beginning of an era is indicated by the slowly increasing amount of users using Mac OS X. |
Slowly is indeed the word. I was actually expecting that line to go up a bit more....I mean that's only going from 6% to 7% in one year. |
Mac OS X increasing slowly? How about at a glacial pace. |

Hardware has come such a long way that most dual core systems now provide as much muscle as most home and business users will ever need, so the computer upgrade/replacement cycle is no where near what it was. That's why XP will retain a lot of it's installed base until software limitations force users to move up to Windows 7. |
That's odd because I know alot of kids who are in their 20's who are clamoring for a copy of Windows ME! Its kinda funny how they pay attention to the world market shares of things like XP, yet fail to understand that everyone outside the US/Canada is using a cracked copy of windows they got from a torrent site! Hell they have fake Apple stores in china, I am sure in the MidEast they have guys in the Bazaar's selling copies of Windows 8 along with DVD's of Harries Potters:P |

Even- though the stats are not included it would be interesting to see what percentage skipped Vista all together before moving to Win 7. |
