If you do try to test out the leaked copy, ensure that you are actually downloading a bootable iso in which you can install on VirtualBox or VMware. That is unless you are knowledgeable in modifying the original source to make it work. |

I would highly recommend you *not* download this from a sharing site. Not because it's copyright infringement. Not because it's illegal. Not because it will probably be laced with Malware. There are plenty of free options to try if you just oppose paying for software. Also, it's Windows 8... so no matter what you're running, it's probably a downgrade. |

Windows 8 with malware now or Windows 8 with bloatware later on?? Hard decision. |

I had the chance to try it and it's really fast, no doubt Windows 7 will be better in many ways, and lack little to purchase this product will be great! |

I think I'm going to sit this one out, sorry MS. I just don't have any need to change from 7 right now, and really don't see that changing for a few years. |

The main concern i have is that Microsoft may have just shot themselves in the foot. What looks to them like simple and intuitive, may an probably will seem incredibly intimidating for the thousands, or tens of thousands of businesses that use the current windows 7 OS. It may be enough of a deterrence that business owners decide to change to apple if they have to learn a new OS anyway. Apple probably ought to offer a special to all businesses who switch their systems and day to day operation to mountain lion, we might see windows market share drop a substantial amount in the next few months. |

I agree with 3vi1 on this one especially when you who would want to use it most likely downloaded the free one anyway. |
