Why doesn't Take-Two just take this project on themselves and finish it? And how does a game stay in development for 12 years and never get finished??? Were they just NOT doing anything? That's ridiculous. |
|
hmm I think that's because Take 2 is a publishing company, they don't make games. GTA was made by Rockstar, not Take 2. They can't just take the software and develop it themselves. |
|
But they could move it around to somewhere that could get it finished. |

I feel like a fool for thinking we had heard the last of Duke Nukem Forever. Now there will probably be rumors of another developer picking it up and this endless saga will continue. I'm just going to get some bubble gum and ignore it. |

Why didnt they do this 5 years ago? Thats what I wanna know. |

I want to know who thought the game would be good? I never expected it to be and forgot about it, until you guys mentioned it. I assume they thought so many people would buy it in the end, which is why they waited. |

Heh, so the big joke is actually legitimately hurting Take Two. I guess back in 2000 it was actually probably that this game would come out. But a new agreement in 2007 makes me wonder why they thought it would ever be released. |
