T-Mobile introduced the new HTC Sensation 4G smartphone. This phone runs on Android 2.3, aka Gingerbread, and will feature the HTC Sense experience. Key specifications include a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, a 4.3-inch qHD display, an 8 megapixel rear-facing camera, a front-facing camera, DLNA compatibility, and a pre-installed 8GB microSD card.
The phone will be available by June 15 at T-Mobile retail stores and online. The phone is also expected to be available as early as June 12 at select Wal-Mart locations. As its name suggests, the HTC Sensation 4G will run on T-Mobile’s 4G network, where available. Currently, T-Mobile offers 4G service in 184 markets.
