has done well serving the high-end smartphone
and tablet markets, but not everyone is interested in a top-tier device like the Galaxy S4
. That's okay, because contrary to popular belief, not everything Samsung builds is a new flagship product. Enter the Galaxy Ace 3, a rather pedestrian smartphone with a 4-inch display and 400x800 resolution.
It also carries a 1GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage optionally supplemented by shoving a memory card into the microSD card slot, VGA front-facing camera, 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash, dual SIM support (optional), and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out of the box.
There are two different versions, one with 3G and a 1,500mAh battery and the other with LTE and an 1,800mAh battery. Availability will vary by market, Samsung says. What Samsung hasn't
yet said is when the Galaxy Ace 3 will be available to purchase or how much it will cost.
