Of interest to media buffs, Roxio today announced it has begun shipping its Roxio Streamer software, which purportedly turns your PC in a "powerful media server." Or in other words, it makes easy work out of shuttling your music, photos, and videos from your PC to other devices, both near and far.
"Roxio Streamer is the most efficient way to enjoy and share personal media on your home PC," said Sean Penn, Vice President, Consumer Products, Roxio. "You simply drop the digital photos, video, or music that you want to access or share into a folder and it becomes instantly available from any web-enabled device.
