While some will call this scalping, others will say it's capitalism at its finest. What do you readers think?

They aren't under any law to sell them at their store or for any specific price. It's just a marketing move to take advantage of low numbers in the holiday season. If people are willing to pay the high premium than who's to say they can't? You can still get Wii's and rain checks for $250 at other locations (if you're lucky) so it's not like they are getting any extra business from this. If some people are willing to pay more, I say let them, it's their loss. This is no different than the PS3 ebay sales. Think of it as an easier way to price adjust when supply is lower than demand without hurting your store fronts publicity. Also, If the store doesn't ebay them than the customers will. |

This is done all the time and it's a farse to think anything different. |
Exactly, an all to common practice to see store fronts generate and perhaps eventually rake in the rewards. Gotta love the name of the store (slackers) seems they are interested in living up to the name. |
