Yep. My 8800gts is a PNY. One of the reasons I got that one.

I had/have a PNY GTX260. It blew up after less than 6 months, currently on number 2. They seem to run a little hotter than your average GTX card, I haven't been terribly impressed with the quality, but their RMA process was fairly straighforward and hassle free, even if it took almost 3 weeks due to the winter holiday. They stopped processing RMAs end of day on 12/23 and didn't start again until 1/2.
