Nokia Lumia 1020 for AT&T Leaked, 41MP PureView Windows Phone

Nokia has been promising a smartphone with an industry-busting 41MP PureView rear camera bearing the codename “Nokia EOS”. Evleaks says that it’s nabbed an image of the upcoming phone, which it says will be called the “Nokia Lumia 1020”.

One commenter on the photo noted that the time shown on the phone’s screen is 10:00, and because Nokia usually uses the time to indicate model number, it’s odd that the screen doesn’t say 10:20. The image also shows a Nokia Pro Cam app, which would be a nice addition to the powerful camera.

The phone, which will launch on AT&T, is slated for introduction yet this year--likely at a press conference on July 11th. Nokia hasn’t said much about it other than the teaser line that presumably refers to the 41MP camera: “41 Million Reasons”. We’ll find out more on July 11th.

41mp... What kind of sensor? Right now, IMO, HTC One has the best sensor on the market and a high pixel count isn't going to change that.
