I think it is a bit absurd that Google found it necessary to censor this image by blurring it. It would be one thing if the man was actually exposing his naughty bits for all to see, but the only thing we can ascertain from this picture is that this gentleman appears to have more hair on his body, than on his head.

He was just having a laugh, nothing more. I expect Google was pressured into censoring the image due to an onslaught of complaints they no doubt received by people who chose to be offended.
