So how will everyone be celebrating their bond day? lol |
Let us know who, and state your reasons why,......... Mine was Sean Connery. He had a lot of class and to me, was perfect for the part. |
I like a lot of the Bond films...Sean Connery is the classic Bond for sure, with classic gadgets, and classic one-liners. But I did also like some Pierce Brosnan Bond films, such as Goldeneye. And Casino Royale was cool, for an action type Bond film - the opening chase scene was pure awesome. |
Wow 50 year is much, James bonds the best spy! |
Yes sean connery was the best bind in my opinion. Just a mastr class but daniel craif sure is one hot 007. Whew its getting hot in here |
Not a fan of Bond to be honest, even though I am in fact a Brit. Born and raised suckas! |

James Bond ? Ian Fleming imagining (inaccurately) the days when Britain ruled most of the world and attempting to transfer the ethos to the post WW II situation, in which the British government had become no more than Washington's poodle - remember the debacle at Suez ? I'm reminded of another Brit with a far bettter grasp on reality : I met a traveller from an antique land, Who said: "two vast and trunkless legs of stone Stand in the desert ... near them, on the sand, Half sunk a shattered visage lies, whose frown, And wrinkled lips, and sneer of cold command, Tell that its sculptor well those passions read Which yet survive, stamped on these lifeless things, The hand that mocked them, and the heart that fed; And on the pedestal these words appear: My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings, Look on my Works ye Mighty, and despair! Nothing beside remains. Round the decay Of that colossal Wreck, boundless and bare The lone and level sands stretch far away." Henri |
