That would make a great monitor if it were about 8x cheaper. :) |

Wow that is thin! I still have not done the HD thing. I have worked with LCD display and plasma displays in several areas on a professional end. I at that time did not feel that they were really very desirable. Now that we have gotten to the 240hz refresh rates, I am starting to get interested. I also like the packages (super thin) that are now hitting the market. However; I also think OLED displays will be out rather soon. I think I will make my purchase sometime after that. A true LED screen vs a LCD backlit by LED screen is more to my preference. I probably won't buy one but I do plan on buying a high refresh backlit when they hit the market it will drive the price down rather quickly. Of course my 2 desktops dipays and laptop all run 1920 x 1080 at good refresh rates now. |

32 inch....for that price? I don't care how thin it is...because if that's all they got, then JVC is really behind its competitors. |

I know that it's priced crazy, but with all tech you are paying for R&D with the highest end stuff. It will come down in price and a few years later we may all be looking at these thin LCDs. |

Personally I'd prefer to have my TV's thinness not measured that way, but in terms of the borders: Especially with ATI's new Eyefinity. 3-6 of those would go perfect together. |
Yeah now that looks sleek! |

I'll not pay the "New-Tax", thank you. It's a nice looking screen though and will go good on my 2 desktops,.....when I can afford two of them. (5 or 6 years? LOL!) It's so darn thin that I would be afraid that I would break it when handling it. JVC's quality is certainly not in question though. I have a portable 3-CD music player that I got from them 15 years ago and it still sounds outstanding and works perfectly. |
