I don't know it's the only part I have now, I still need to buy the rest of the parts before I can try it out. Right now I have to use my grandmas computer until I get all the parts for mine. I'm lucky I don't have to write TCP/IP code in machine language on paper and mail it to the server to get on the internet with this thing :P |

It's kinda funny, the posts you see that are just "I want this rig", or "my rig sucks so bad I need this one" and not much else content wise from them. I am not trying to bash anyone here, as I am still new myself, but thats just kinda funny. I have a pretty decent rig already, mostly due to gifts from a benevolent hardware reviewer who shall remain nameless. I joined this forum because he pointed me towards it a few years ago, but I had pcgamer forums so I didn't need a second one. That forum fell apart (pc gamer). I always enjoyed the hh reviews; and the forums seemed to be a friendly, knowledgeable bunch of chaps whom I figured I would flap my gums at and see if anyone listened. Would I have liked to win this new rig of course, who wouldn't? I joined this forum not because of the contests but with the contests being gravy, I joined to have a place to fart around on a forum. If I win a contest so be it, but I don't have a dire need for new pc smell right now. My point is I joined this forum to have a forum not to win a new rig. At my other forum I was a member who checked every day to see what was going on. I was a member over 2 years, and I racked up a whopping 500 posts in that time I guess not every post needs a response. Anyhoo I'm just glad to see the rig went to a longtime member that deserved it

360 is a great system and I've owned it, but currently I just have a PS3. BTW: Thx for the compliment... I just cropped a couple pics I liked and viola! |

Old news reports from 2006 said PS3 will get its own version of exclusive DLC for GTA IV, but nothing has been said since. |

I have no doubt that a bone will get thrown to PS3 owners, albeit further down the pipeline... we'll see how it unfolds. Regardless I'm planning on enjoying myself to the fullest and exploring all that Liberty City has to offer. ;)

Wow sweet looking rig I'd love to see the inside and how the cooling wiring etc is setup I'm sure it's a sweet little setup inside just like the outside and would love to win it I'm sure I could tweak it further first would be another 2 gigs of Firestix thats some sweet memory then probably 2 more of those hardrives for a raid 0+1 or 5 system Well I can always hope right either way way sweeter than my current rig for sure :) |

Hey BitBrain, I am sorry what happened to your PC and your pops. This definitely sucks big time. In any event, this industry isn't just about selling product to our end consumers, and laughing all the way to the bank. It's about support and giving back to the community. Those of us whom have done this line of work for a very long time, are driven by passion. Wow! Thank you very much for the donation. Everyone here must now buy Diamond products, I know I will when I get to the video card portion of my build. It looks like a good thing that it will be several months or more before I can get to buying a video card as both Nvida and ATI are about to come out with new lines and even Intel is going to start makeing video cards. I'll see what one of the new lines is the best then get a Diamond version of that card. Mabe later I'll get a Diamond HD TV Tuner, it will be a lot cheaper than buying a new TV when Feb 2009 rolls around. |

Nice one mate. i cant believe i missed this. diamond rocks. i dont know but i find that part of the pride of owning a computer (at least for me as a student) is knowing i had to work for it and save up for it but free parts are always welcome :-) you rock diamond. keep up the great job. |

Has anyone Liquid cooled a 3870 if so how hard would it be to add a second waterblock if you were running in crossfire?? Well anyways I'd love to win this system first :) |
it would be like any other card. you would order the block with crossfire fittings so that in and out face opposite directions. |
