Lol, I have a laptop with a webcam, however since it's built into the bezel, I can't show it on the webcam.

This is kind of off topic, but my web-cam in my gateway unit has never worked right, and as of right now does not work at all I have tried to replace the drivers, uninstall and reinstall etc, but have never got it to work. Of course gateway says it's not in warranty anymore anyway. So what I want to know is if anyone on here has ever replaced the web-cam in a laptop? I of course have done it before when I did warranty work for Dell, HP, Compaq etc. However what I want to know is a quality web-cam replacement (aftermarket) for a laptop. I would like it to be as good as possible without breaking the bank of course.

Is yours built into the top of your screen bezel?

yes it is it has never really worked.

Dave glad you enjoyed me quading myself on my video entry. Now if only I could do that for real I'd get a lot more work done (and get to play with a lot more tech). It wasn't easy getting the timing right on that! My wife was wondering why I had 4 dirty shirts for the laundry after just one day - LOL!

What file type are you trying to upload Mand? Is it one of the accepted formats like .mov .mpg, avi or wmv?
