Hilarious Samsung Super Bowl Ads Call-Up Lebron James, Seth Rogan, Paul Rudd

Everybody knows the best part of the Super Bowl is watching the New England Patriots win. Unfortunately, Tom Brady and company are sitting at home this year watching the game like the rest of us. The next best thing, of course, are the funny advertisements, which command big dollars during the Super Bowl, and if you've been following Samsung's sense of humor, a Super Bowl ad spot seems like a perfect marriage to advertise "The Next Big Thing," as the handset maker likes to do.

Seth Rogan and Paul Rudd

Well, it just so happens Samsung has a two-minute ad spot featuring Paul Rudd, Seth Rogen, Bob Odenkirk (the lawyer from Breaking Bad), and LeBron James. The hilarious ad features Rudd and Rogen trading barbs about which one of them is more relevant as an actor, but rather than ruin any of the many one-liners, check it out for yourself:

The ad, which was created by 72andSunny and directed by Jon Favreau, will air sometime in the fourth quarter. Samsung then wants viewers to vote for and share their favorite moments on Twitter using hastag #TheNextBigThing for a chance to win prizes.

"The anticipation of Super Bowl ads creates a unique consumer experience,” said Todd Pendleton, Chief Marketing Officer of Samsung Mobile. "'The Next Big Thing' campaign has allowed us the flexibility to tap into significant cultural moments and relevant conversations while showcasing our innovation."

It's not clear what prizes are up for grabs, though the above ad spot features Samsung's Galaxy line of products, including the Galaxy Note II, Galaxy S III, and Galaxy Note 10.1.
