This is a good idea, and will go well with mobile devices. If the price is ever reduced it will be awesome in laptops too. I already use Gorilla Tape but you can't see through it,........ |
|
Can I get my car windshield and prescription glasses made out of this? Once the prices come down, this would definitely be a good option on notebooks and mobile phones. |

Make the glass anti-fogging with a chemical coating and you have yourself a perfect new windshield and/or glasses and/or goggles, etc. Glass is used in many places we don't even think about and extra strength is always a plus. By marketing it to many applications, they could get adoption up and startup costs on the tech go down faster. |

I wonder if the LCD/OLED components behind the glass would stand up to the same stresses as the glass itself. |

OLED screens are very flexible too!
