What makes that a NETbook and not just a regular lightweight NOTEbook? The Sempron and 1GB default memory may help it perform like a lowly netbook, but otherwise it doesn't look like a netbook to me. |

I believe that the processor being a single core processor with a low power consumption (with related lower performance) slides this into the netbook range. |
