“Phobos was designed for gamers and media enthusiasts who demand top of the line performance, but may not have the time, desire, or expertise to build or maintain a high end system,” said John Malley, senior director of marketing for BFG Technologies. “Our Concierge Service ensures our systems meet those high expectations—delivering Unbelievable Performance without monopolizing our customers’ time.”

Holy gratuitous power, Batman!!! That looks friggin awesome! I love it when companies take it to a whole new level. PRs don't make my jaw drop very often, but this is crazy. Those specs and that touchscreen look totally badass. Who doesn't want to play with this RIGHT NOW?! |
That is pretty badass. I wouldn't pay that much money, nor would I ever buy a pre-built Desktop system, but that is one nice looking machine. Very cool. |
If I had unlimited means I'd buy 1 AND build 1 of my own with all the absolute best components... then bench both to see how the 1 I built stacks up. |
8K wow... that is a cool UI though |
drool. I like. |
I was getting ready to scoff at that, but, damn. I really want that case and slot loading drives. |
I don't know I don't think I could ever settle for a pre-made unit. Especially being that could easily match the components at a better performance level for a lower price. |
I think most of us probably agree with those sentiments, rapid, but that case and touchscreen! You won't be able to match that goodness if you build it yourself. :) |
Also consider that some system builders like Velocity Micro for example, offer on site service in some of their warranty plans. For someone who has little/no experience building/troubleshooting, that is priceless... especially if they paid thousands for the system. |

I wonder what slot loading Blu-ray drive they use...Super Multi sounds like LG. Actually, I didn't realize they made slot loading blu-ray drives. Cool. |
